Normally, members have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work at the following venues:
Hanbury Hall (The Long Gallery)
The annual exhibition at the Long Gallery at Hanbury Hall is one of the premier events in the Droitwich Arts Network calendar. Set in the magnificent and historic National Trust property, it attracts a large number of visitors and provides a prestigious backdrop to local talent. We exhibit about 70 works by local artists (all members of Droitwich Arts Network), spanning across a range of artistic areas including painting, textiles and poetry. The majority of work is for sale, with greetings cards and mounted works also available.
Droitwich Library (The Gallery Room)
In recent years we have held a month long exhibition in the Gallery Room at Droitwich library. Members of Droitwich Arts Network are represented with their paintings, textiles, photography and mixed media artworks. No matter what media has been used, displayed artworks have been inspired by the artist’s passion, curiosity, and imagination. Variety of styles, from traditional watercolours to mixed media abstraction and assemblage, shows the true potential of the local art scene.
